The Sundarbans are the largest littoral mangrove belt in the world, stretching 80 km (50 mile) into the Bangladeshi and Indian hinterland from the coast. The Sundarban has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The forests aren't just mangrove swamps though, they include some of the last remaining stands of the mighty jungles which once covered the Gangetic plain. The part of the Sundarban in Bangladesh has dense population of  Sundari, Goran, Gaowa trees and preserved the highest numbers of Royal Bengal Tiger, the forest also have a good population of deer and other animals & More than 245 types of Birds and 100+ types of fishes.

Day 1 :  
Leave Dhaka in the morning after breakfast around 08:30 am on reserve A/C Microbus to Mongla with packet lunch and other refreshments. Arrival at Mongla around 04 pm and will be transfer to Bangladesh Parjatan Songstha Hotel Pashur, after refreshment visiting Mongla Bazaar cross the river then come back to Hotel have Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :
Early in the morning leave Mongla for Sundarban. The boat will immediately start cruising towards the Sundarban forest, en-route collecting perit form from the Daingamari Forest Station and anchored for overnight stay Atkachikhali Tiger Point. Arriving Kachikhali around 1400 hrs. in the afternoon, beach walk and hiking in the Kochikhali area to see the wild life of forest. Back to the boat in the evening passing overnight at Kachikhali on the Boat.

Day 3 :
Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country small boat to see the wildlife and feel the forest from very close aspect. After breakfast Jungle walk, Beach walk, Sun Bathing, Swimming etc. will be offered. After Lunch around 1400 hrs. the boat will leave for Kotka wildlife sanctuary. In the afternoon, more forest activities including climbing the watch tower of the Forest Dept. Wall around Kotka Forest Office to have a glimpse of the forest etc. will be offered. Overnight stay on the boat at Kotka.

Day 4:
Around 0900 hrs. starting our journey from Kotka to Mongla. In the afternoon the boat will stop at Karamjal wild life breeding center, where you can see some wild life being tended by the forest dept. Arrival Mongla in the evening. Check in Hotel Pashur have Dinner stay over Night at mongla.

Day 5 :
Leave for Dhaka by Reserve A/C Microbus in the morning with packet lunch. On the way we will visit Bagerhat Sixty Domed Mosque and holy shrine. Arrival at Dhaka in the evening to drop you at your convenient place.

Special Notes :

  • For Foreign Nationals : Please add BDT 1,500 +15% VAT (per day /per person) as forest Dept. fee along with the Tour price.
  • The honourable Tourist can not carry any type of registered or non registered arms or ammunition as per Bangladesh Forest Ministry Law. The Forest Dept Guards will accompany the toursist in the time of the tour.
