For daily basis Car :

  • Duration: Our Rental charge are based on 10 hours’ time (8.00am – 6.0pm) per day. After availing this 10 hours user must pay extra hour charge per hour BDT 250.00
  • Driver’s Allowance: User have to pay BDT 100.00 per day for driver’s food allowance, if duty delayed at night hours like 10.00 PM than user have to pay per night BDT 150.00 for driver’s dinner allowance.
  • Out Station Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user per day BDT 1000.00 to cover accommodation and food of the Driver & after reaching to the destination the user has to take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle.
  • Daily Rent: This Daily rental rate is only calculated for Dhaka city. Daily Rental fares are inclusive of all trip expenses i.e. Fuel/CNG/Driver’s charge except Ferry / Toll / Parking and other expenses.
  • Fuel/CNG: Per day the vehicle will run up to 70 km for inside Dhaka 80 km for outside Dhaka (inclusively in the rental rate), including daily rental charge and for additional kilometer of use extra charges will be considered as price chart.
  • Out of Dhaka: If duty out of Dhaka car rental charges depends on duty, distance and duration. Commonly per vehicle should be add only BDT 800.00 per day extra charges along with daily rental. If the vehicle stays out of Dhaka Extra OSA should be charged.
  • Extra charges: All Rental charge must add 15 % VAT, AIT. If VAT or other Taxes increased or decreased by Bangladesh Govt., the modify charge will be chargeable to the user.
  • Belongings of Passenger: The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and prohibited carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty substances.
  • Unable to Comply Services: Every Vehicle should be stayed as parked during general strike, Road Block or political movements days for indefinite period.
  • Terms of Payments: The total amount of hiring charge -50 % must be paid on booking time and rest amount must be paid before the hiring date.
  • Payment Method: Cash / Cheque / Credit Card/ PayPal / bKash (If any user wants to pay by credit card than user should be add 3% off Total rental charge)

For Monthly Basis Car :

  • Duration: Our Rental charge are based on 10 hours’ time period (8.00am – 6.0pm) per day. After availing this 10 hours user have to pay extra hour charge per hour BDT 50.00
  • Driver’s Allowance: User have to pay BDT 100.00 per day for driver’s food allowance, if duty delayed at night hours like 10.00 PM than user have to pay per night BDT 150.00 for driver’s dinner allowance.
  • Out station Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user per day BDT 1000.00 to cover accommodation and food of the Driver & after reaching to the destination the user has to take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle.
  • Holiday: Friday and any Govt. holiday will be count as duty-off day. If emergency duty falls on Friday and any Govt. holiday than the vehicle should be treated as on Daily basis rental and charge as same and must pay full day overtime for driver.
  • Fuel/CNG Cost: As starting fuel octane 25 Liter for Sedan Car and 30 Liter for Micro bus or as same financial payment must be made for every month. CNG cost should be paid by user as per needs or per kilometer basis.
  • Terms of Payments: 01 (One) month rental charge must be paid as advance and every payment have within 05 working days on following month.
  • Payment Method: Cash /Cheque / Credit Card / PayPal / bKash (If any user wants to pay by credit card than user should be add 3% off Total rental charge)
